Dr. Noah received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1979 and in 1986 graduated first in his class from Indiana University School of Optometry. He served as an associate clinical professor at the Ferris College of Optometry and is an examiner with the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. Dr. Noah has been in private practice in Beulah for twenty years. He joined Riemer Eye Center in 2007 and will be providing services in our Manistee location.
