Andrew S. Riemer, D.O.
Dr. Riemer earned a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at Ferris State University. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating at the top of his class. Dr. Riemer completed his medical internship at Ingham Medical Center in Lansing Michigan and his residency training at Michigan State University. He is board certified and is a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology. Dr. Riemer is a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Michigan Osteopathic Society, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Michigan Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons and the International Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. In 1994 Dr. Riemer returned to his hometown of Ludington and opened his ophthalmology practice adding a satellite office in Shelby the same year. The Manistee office was opened in 2007.
