Carl W Wilberg, D.O.

Dr. Wilberg graduated from Ferris State College in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. He received his medical degree in 1975 from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Wilberg completed his medical internship at Flint Osteopathic Hospital. Upon completion if his internship he served as a flight surgeon at the Naval Air station, Key West Florida for three years before attending the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda Maryland for his ophthalmology residency. He then went on to serve as a staff ophthalmologist at the Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. In 1986 Dr. Wilberg opened his practice in Manistee.

He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wilberg is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Osteopathic College of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Michigan Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. He joined Riemer Eye Center in 2007 and provides service in our Manistee location.
